Authentic yoga from the Himalayas

A different
approach to yoga.

Real yoga isn't about lycra or folding yourself into unimaginably difficult positions. It's a journey inward — toward a calmer, easier way of living.

Roots

From the Ganges
to the studio.

I learned to teach yoga directly from my Gurus in the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, India, and I am a Yoga Alliance RYT500 registered teacher. I've walked with sadhus, meditated in Himalayan caves, wandered in old stone temples, lost myself in Holi crowds — carrying all of it into the French countryside and the quiet of a daily practice.
